Proprietary Software License

Fahari Loan is proprietary software owned and operated by Sonismarts Digital Agency. All rights reserved. The software, including all source code, databases, functionality, software design, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Sonismarts Digital Agency.

Permitted Use

As a subscriber to Fahari Loan, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the platform for your institution's internal loan management operations.
• Export your own data in supported formats.
• Allow authorized users within your organization to access the platform.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software or its source code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
• Sublicense, sell, or resell access to the platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the platform to build a competing product or service.

Intellectual Property

The Fahari name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Sonismarts Digital Agency. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the platform belong to their respective owners.

Open Source Components

Fahari Loan incorporates open source software components. These components are used under their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.) and do not affect the proprietary status of the Fahari Loan platform as a whole. A list of open source components is available upon request.
